The client, Mr. Karn Charerverty, sought to build this solution from scratch and needed a team capable of understanding the problem and working closely with his team to develop a comprehensive solution. A key requirement was the integration of a machine learning model to create a recommendation engine that parses resumes, understands the data, and provides tailored recommendations.

Our Approach
