Koshex is an innovative investment platform that offers hyper-personalized investment buckets tailored to the income of retail investors, helping them save and double their money through the power of compounding. By providing insightful data on day-to-day finances, Koshex empowers individuals to save more and invest wisely. Despite having a growing user base and a robust mobile application with a healthy number of daily active users, Koshex faced challenges in expanding their user base exponentially due to the limited bandwidth of their sales team and social media reach.

Our Approach:

To devise a valuable solution for Koshex, our team first delved into the entire user journey of their existing customers, from being a lead to onboarding the platform and making their first investment. By analyzing user activities through automated platforms and spending a couple of weeks at Koshex's office to understand the end-to-end sales process, we gained detailed insights into the target audience and user behavior.

Our Solution:

We implemented a comprehensive solution for Koshex by creating ETL pipelines to gather data from multiple sources, including both structured and unstructured data. Our algorithms cleaned and processed this data before storing it in a data pool. We then provided two platforms to the client. The first platform was a dashboard that fetched all this data and ran intelligent algorithms to provide insightful information about user engagement on their platform. The sales team used this data to retain existing users by sending personalized notifications. For the second platform, we vectorized the data and stored it in a vector store database, building a RAG architecture on top of it. Leveraging OpenAI LLM, we provided a simple copilot for the product team to automatically analyze user issues and identify desired new features based on their behavior and feedback. ase is a VR version of the onboarding flow where users are subjected to a series of scenarios that will determine their fears. We are currently developing the first scenario, working title: “Jumping out of a plane full of spiders”.
